We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to departure for standard service and 10 minutes for premium/business class. Our boarding process is efficient and you won't need to go through security like at airports.

Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a small fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Service animals are always welcome. Small pets in carriers may be allowed on select routes with advance notice and an additional fee. Please contact customer service at least 48 hours before travel to arrange pet accommodation.

For routes under 400 miles, Landline is often faster when you consider airport security and travel time to/from airports. Our downtown locations mean you arrive closer to your destination. You'll enjoy more legroom, free baggage, and reliable WiFi - all at a lower price than comparable airfare.

All coaches undergo thorough cleaning between trips with hospital-grade disinfectants. HEPA air filtration systems run continuously during travel. While masks are currently optional, we monitor local guidelines and adjust policies accordingly to ensure passenger safety.
